Do you sell the store products worldwide?

No, the store provides shipping within 3 business days around the US and we sell to U.S consumers only.

What shipping service do you use to deliver the store’s products?

Our products are delivered by USPS, the United States Postal Service.

Is the shipping cost multiplied by the number of items?

No, unlike most of the stores, we try to keep shipping cost for customer as low as possible to provide best value for money.

So, we use a flexible shipping cost calculation, which means that if you order two or more things, shipping will be determined based on the size and weight of the items in the box.

For example, if you buy two items of a product that costs $7.00 to ship, the shipping fee will be $8 instead of $14.00. If you have three things and the shipping cost is $7.00, you will pay $11.50 instead of $21.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

How does your store charge the lowest retail price?

Our pricing is based on market prices. We always try to provide best lowest possible prices for our customer’s interest. But we cannot guarantee that all of our products will be less expensive than those available on other marketplaces. However, if you submit a link to a cheaper product, our store team will investigate to see if we can reduce the price of the items in our inventory.
